This website is operated by Quantum Matrix LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, under the Stakxl brand. This policy explains how information submitted through stakxl.com and related business correspondence is handled.
You may provide your name, company, email address, website, project context, desired outcome, current systems, budget range and intended start period through the inquiry form or later correspondence. The information is used to review and respond to your request.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, production credentials, payment-card data, regulated personal data or sensitive client material through the initial website form. If more sensitive information is needed, confidentiality, access and an appropriate transfer method can be agreed first.
Basic request information, such as IP address, browser signals and request metadata, may be processed to operate the website, prevent automated abuse, verify form submissions, apply rate limits and diagnose delivery failures. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot verification.
Inquiry information is used to understand the request, assess fit, reply, arrange a conversation, prepare a proposal, define a suitable starting point and maintain reasonable business records. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Hosting, email-delivery, security and other service providers may process limited information while providing their services. Authorized personnel and affiliated service providers in Pakistan may access inquiry or project information where reasonably necessary for communication, delivery, operations and support. Information may therefore be processed in the United States, Pakistan or other locations where relevant providers operate.
Inquiry correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to review the request, follow up, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. Records connected to an engagement may be retained for the period required by the applicable agreement, accounting requirements and law. You may request deletion, subject to records that must be retained.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used for business information, but no website, internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Project-specific confidentiality, access controls and data-handling responsibilities are agreed before delivery begins.
You may ask what inquiry information is held, request a correction or deletion, or object to further contact. Applicable rights can vary by location and may be subject to lawful exceptions.
