These terms apply to use of stakxl.com. Project-specific work is governed by a separate written agreement.
This website is operated under the Stakxl brand by Quantum Matrix LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These terms govern use of stakxl.com and its public information. The website is not a binding proposal, guarantee or professional legal, financial or compliance opinion.
A project begins only after scope, responsibilities, fees, payment terms, ownership, confidentiality and other material terms are agreed in writing. Client projects introduced through this website are contracted by Quantum Matrix LLC under the applicable proposal, statement of work or other signed agreement. If a signed project agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement governs that engagement.
Quantum Matrix LLC may engage employees, contractors, affiliated companies and specialist service providers to perform portions of an engagement, subject to the applicable agreement, confidentiality obligations and agreed delivery responsibilities.
Reasonable care is taken to present public information accurately. Case studies describe work and outcomes that can be shown responsibly, but every organization, workflow and technical environment is different. No result is guaranteed by similarity to a published project.
The Stakxl brand, website design, written content and presentation materials are owned by or licensed to Quantum Matrix LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Client ownership of project deliverables is determined by the relevant signed agreement and payment terms.
You may not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that materially harms service availability, misrepresent Stakxl content or use the site for unlawful activity.
The website may use or link to email, security, scheduling and other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and Quantum Matrix LLC is not responsible for their independent availability or conduct.
The public website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Matrix LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to access, this public website.
